We offer a tracked service where you will be sent a link to track your parcels every move.

Order processing times are dependent upon the volume of orders received but your order will generally be processed and ready for dispatch within two working days.

Shipping costs are automatically applied calculated at checkout.

Please note that international shipping is weight-based; prices vary and will be shown at checkout.

With parcel delivery by An Post, your order will be sent with full tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by SMS and/or email.

An Post allows you to manage your delivery with the following options:

Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family.

Deliver my package at a safe place.

Deliver my package with a neighbour, reception, or guard specified.

Deliver my package to a Post Office, PostPoint, or Parcel Locker for collection.

Deliver my package on another day with scheduled delivery.

 

EU FAST DELIVERY WITH AN POST INTERNATIONAL

With Express International by An Post, your order will be delivered quickly and securely across EU destinations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

An Post International Express (EU only) offers:

Fast, secure door-to-door delivery within the EU.

Tracking available until confirmed delivery.

Delivery directly to the recipient’s address.

Please note: collection-point or locker delivery is not available for international express shipments.

We now ship from a EU warehouse, orders should not be subject to VAT or Duties.

In the instance that your parcel is unclaimed and/or returned to us by the courier, you will be automatically refunded the value of your order less the shipping charge.
